Björn Albert has 35 years of experience in photographic practices and principles. After graduating from high school in Oldenburg, he studied physics at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster. Soon he devoted his interest only to photography. In addition, he produced his own films, which were shown with awards at festivals in London, Brussels and Tours, among others. Since 1987 he has been producing large-format photographic prints in his own laboratory. In 1993 he graduated from the Lette Verein Berlin with a degree in photography. In 2011 Björn Albert expanded to ba-ap, the provider of analog and digital professional photography, directly at Tempelhof Airport in Kreuzberg. There he prints classic, high-quality baryte prints up to a format of 200x140cm. His works can be found in numerous private and public collections and are represented on the international art market. The main interest of his freelance work lies in the field of architectural photography.
